It's a high honor to serve as your Probate Court Clerk. As I start my fourth term, I'm pleased with the success I've had improving customer service in the office. I've automated the office making it easier to access probate records. Efficiency has been increased by scanning wills and orders that were previously copied into large ledger books. A recent survey by the Memphis Bar Association gave my office top marks among local clerk's offices. We were ranked tops in friendliness, promptness, efficiency, knowledge, and accessibility of the clerk. I share this honor with my staff. Without them, it would not have been possible.
